Operation: Na Pali Patch

Installation:
-Extract all files to the directory of UnrealTournament, overwriting all current ones.
-This patch is 100% net compatible and save game compatible. But when the map you are currently in was changed you have to restart the map to enjoy the new version. Loading the savegame will get you in the old version.


Fixes: V 1.30 
  
-No more shield around ship when entering a level with a shieldbelt.  
-Ship no longer uses existing armor when taking damage.  
-Friendly fire damage reduced depending on difficulty level. (no damage in easy, all in unreal)
-Ship doesn't reset health (i.e. health in np20 will be what it was at end  
of np19part2)  
-Dynamic Lighting warning message added.  
-Added sound notifictions to Chico Marine (Heavy Trooper) Player Model.  
-Fixed difficulty being reset to Medium in custom ONP maps and Monster  
Smash.  
-Fixed CodeConsole in netplay (i.e. can now get past np22).  
-Ammo will be no less than default (in the weapon) when going to a new level in co-op.  
-To appease custom mappers, added krall and krall elite followers. (Note that bsleeping is now a byte. you can use numbers to specify the sleep animation).  
-Start in np02davidm now works in co-op.

Fixes: V 1.20

-Fixed not working scripts in Np02DavidM
-You cannot get stuck anymore in Coop in NP17Chico and NP18Chico

-Fixed floating playing intro
-'Cannot get out of the prison' bug in map 2

Singleplayer:
-Difficulty settings now work correctly.
-Hack-fix for conversation in np34atje.
-Having decals disabled no longer leads to performance bugs.  Rather, ONP will inform you to turn decals on... Failure to enable decals will prevent dynamic footstep sounds from working.
-Inventory disappearing in some maps when loading a saved game.

Co-op:
-Fixed jet becoming player model bug.
-Fixed incorrect shieldbelt mesh bug.
-Items no longer respawn.
-Fixed rediculous score loss on players being killed by lasers, lava, etc.
-Fixed players not being able the character's talk.
-Fixed translocator touching bugs.
-After beating np35mclane, the server will now cycle back to np02davidm (and not go to the outro movie)

Other:
-Fixed "Not available" mesh orientation for heavy trooper model.
