AntiTimer V.3.0 By {PiN}Kevin_HH

updates in 3.0:

  - Added commands to allow admins to turn this mod on/off temporarily (such as for a match) without having to restart server w/out the mod
    - login as admin and type: mutate antiTimeron or mutate antiTimeroff to turn it on or off.
This must be done before any powerups are taken. Should be while ppl are waiting to click in.
Admin can turn it back on any time in game though.
AntiTimer is on by default of course.

Updates in 2.0:

  - Fixed deemer bug (reported by Ztorm) where deemers that are dropped and picked up are considered
new items and respawns where it was dropped. This was due to me forgetting that the deemer is the
one powerup that can be dropped and picked up. But this complication is fixed now.

Instructions:

  1. Delete all older versions of antitimer.
  2. Unzip the .u and .int into your server's system folder.
  3. Restart Server and select the mutator AntiTimer from the mutator list.

That's all. You don't need to edit server packages or server actors or anything.

To allow admins to turn this mod on/off temporarily (such as for a match) without having to restart server w/out the mod:
    - login as admin and type: mutate antiTimeron or mutate antiTimeroff to turn it on or off.
This must be done before any powerups are taken. Should be while ppl are waiting to click in.
Admin can turn it back on any time in game though.
AntiTimer is on by default of course.

Details:

Affects the following pickups: SB, Amp, Deemer, Keg, Invis, Armor, Boots.

Randomizes spawn time of the above as following:
Every time a powerup is taken, its new respawn time becomes: its default respawn time + a random number between 0 and 40% of its default respawn time.

For admins who want to tripple check that this is working:
  1. Login to admin.
     - Admins who are logged in can see the new respawntime (in UT seconds, which is diff from F1 or Real Life seconds) when they pick up a powerup.
  2. Summon 5 belts in a row, and take them.
  3. It will say their new respawn times , and then they will all respawn at different times.
*** The only exception to this testing method is deemers. Since deemers can be dropped and picked up,
they've been hard coded so that only the deemers that came with the map will be randomized.
Any deemers that are spawned by admins, or dropped and picked up, will not be randomized ***

UCC command line mutator option = antitimerV3.Antitimer

Enjoy.
