As of v0.9, ACE needs 2 dedicated UDP ports per gameserver. Only 1 of these
ports, the "PlayerManager port", needs to be accessible from the outside.

When using default settings, ACE will try to find a suitable port for the
PlayerManager automatically. For people using firewalls or who are running
servers behind NAT routers however, there is an option to specify which port
ACE should use.

===============================================================================
To configure a fixed port, add the following lines to your server.ini:
===============================================================================

[ACEv09c_S.ACEPlayerManager]
ACEPort=<YourPort>
bAllowOtherPorts=false

===============================================================================
Alternatively, you can use the default settings:
===============================================================================

[ACEv09c_S.ACEPlayerManager]
ACEPort=0
bAllowOtherPorts=true

When using these settings, ACE will try to bind GameserverPort+2 if it is
available. If the port is not available, ACE will continue to try higher ports.
These settings mimic the ACE v0.8+ behaviour.

===============================================================================
    !!! Please note that ACE v0.9 uses =>UDP<= ports, rather than TCP. !!!
