UTX2INT v.12/30/99

Desc:
UTX2INT can be used to create INT files from UTX
files containing your new skins for a character
in UnrealTournament.

How To Use:
1.)Simply load up a newly created UTX file
(ie. Soldiers_Blah.utx). The list to the top
right of the window should display the texture
names found in the UTX file.
2.)Next, in the third field down on the left you
can type the description for the skin package
   to be displayed in Unreal.
3.)Generate the INT file data by clicking the
"Make INT" button. Doing so will display a
editable preview of the INT file to be created.
   Edit the data if needed.
4.)Click the "Save" button and save the file to the
   "unrealtounrament\system" directory. Run Unreal
Tournament and check your new skin.

Bug Report:
-Has some problems recognizing texture names from
 the UTX file.
-Overwrites existing INT files if not careful.

Fixes:
-Window now resizeable to allow full view of generated INT data.
-Can now just click on the UTX filename field to open file.
