. Bot AI
	- Bots are more aggressive.
	- Bots shouldn't be stuck anymore.
	- Hostage handling improved. Bots could only keep track of a single hostage. ;)
		Seems to fix aswell the "Terrorists leading hostage to rescue zone" bug.

. Skeletal Animation
	- Breathing animations are now slower.
	- Seal model missing links fixed. (Fixes MAC Crashing).
	- Player models getting 'underground' when crouched. fixed.

. GamePlay
	- Votes are now reset every 3 rounds.
	- Admin login is fixed.
	- Admins can restart rounds using the command 'endround' in the console.
	- Admins can send messages to EVERY player using the Say command. Even dead players.
		(TeamSay isn't affected).
	- Loosing team will win $1,000 the first round then $2,000 to give them a chance to strike back.
	- Mutator support has been suppressed for the Tactical Ops gametype.
	- Weapon are not switched when picked up anymore.
	- Throwing knives tweaked to bounce less off walls.
	- Summon command disabled in network games.

. Maps
	- SW-OperationSpynet, SW-Tower, SW-TrainStation and SW-Damn updated.

. Bug Fixes
	- Steyr Aug not appearing in UT gametypes.
	- Tactical Ops now appears under the Unreal Tournament category. Will solve many problems.
	- Draw_Death_Message accessed none.
	- Grenade sound (Kaboom) rate not supported on linux. Sound removed.
	- Sniper Rifle scope disabling blind effect fixed.
	- Team selection menu will not longer be stuck when map changes.	
	- When being dead location was still displayed to team mates on the scoreboard. Fixed.
	- Spectator mode works with Tactical Ops gametype (UT gametypes not supported yet). (CHECK!!)
	- Players can't pickup NullAmmo anymore.
	- Fixed a bug in the IDLE manager that was resetting the number of deaths.
		Deaths are not reset anymore, 3 deaths = kicked from the server!
	- Added a ladder check to prevent flying bug.
	- Fixed Glock not disapearing bug in UT gametypes.
	- Using Action window at the end of the game won't mess it up. (but for some reasons, Team Selection Screen doesn't show up).

. Network Bug Fixes
	- Auto Reload and Hide Death Message were not working well. Fixed. Thanks to Richard 'vajuras' Osborne.

. Settings
	- Map list and Game configuration moved from TO_Game.ini to UnrealTournament.ini
