What does it do
===============
This mutator create the earthquake effect in the game :D .

Installation
============
To use offline put the files in the System folder. To run the mutator on a server load it in the webadmin or enter this command as admin.

admin servertravel DM-Tempest?game=BotPack.DeathMatchPlus?Mutator=SMoEarthQuake.SMoEarthQuake

For mapvotela the name of the mutator is:

SMoEarthQuake.SMoEarthQuake

Config
======
You can config the mutator variable via the ini file. Here are what they do :

QuakeInterval - This tell the mutator how long to wait before there is a earthquake. 
Magnitude     - How strong you want the earthquake. A value of 3000 is already strong. If higher this will make player jump very high and they lose health or they frag.
Duration      - Duration you want for the earthquake.

You can set the variable via the console. For example to change the GameSpeed:

(admin) set SMoEarthQuake.SMoEarthQuake magnitude 3500
