 * changed the package name from utcv to utcv11,
   otherwise ppl with the 1.0 version get a Package mismatch error
   when they connect to a 1.1 server, so you have to change
   utcv.utcvmuta to utcv11.utcvmuta in a mutator call

 * changed the maximum number of maps in a maplist from 19 to 30

 * added Customgame support, e.g. RA support - just define in the inifile
   CustomGame=RocketArenaGame, for this game, the Custommaplist will be used
   I included RA support in this release, but you can easily change this to e.g. TO support ...

 * included the utcv.ini file as a section of UnrealTournament.ini/Server.ini
   This feature was requested from Macbeth, a NGI Admin. For example you
   can now run a tdm and a ctf server on one machine and you can allow to
   switch between some tdm modes(amp on, amp off ... ) without allowing to switch to ctf mode

 * included a .de utcv ini(de-utcv11.ini), so german serveradmins do not have much work with setting up their server
   i use this file for our Clanserver :)

 * included a UTC buttoncode for your Homepage, if you want just link me :)
